Fees
❖ Single counsellor fees:
Individual counselling – $140 per 1 hour or $180 per 1.5 hours
Couples counselling – $150 per 1 hour or $190 per 1.5 hours
❖ Optional: two counsellors facilitating couples counselling – $170 per 1 hour or $215 per 1.5 hours
Fees are payable at the time of a session by cheque, cash (exact amount please), e-transfer or credit card. 5% GST tax will be added.
The same fee is charged for either in-person or virtual sessions.
Please check your extended health benefits coverage – most providers will reimburse your fees.

Free Consultation
We offer a FREE 30 - minutes initial consultation - in person, via phone or encrypted video call.

Cancellation
If you cannot attend a session for any reason, we ask you to notify us at least 24 hours ahead of time. Late arrival will result in missing a part of a session, i.e. the session will end on the scheduled time and no extension will be offered.

Confidentiality
As Registered Professional Counsellors with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, we adhere to a strict code of ethics and a strict standard of confidentiality. All the information between you and your counsellor will not be shared or disclosed to anyone without permission from you.
Exceptions: (1) Federal or Provincial Court (2) criminal code violations where physical and/or sexual abuse of children are involved (3) whereby any person’s life or health is in obvious danger.
